What Students Can Expect

• Client Experience: How the team supports the advice process and client relationship. Who the firm helps, what planning is, how the advice journey works.
• An Introduction to Financial Planning: Learn what financial planners do, why it matters and the difference we make to clients’ lives.
• Career Exploration: Take part in discovery exercises, reflection sessions and career-focused discussions to help you understand whether financial planning is the right profession for you.
• Professional Exposure: Experience a real business environment, meet members of the team and gain first-hand insight into the day-to-day operations of a leading financial planning firm.
• Insight Sessions: Sit in on team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming with different areas of the business.

• Who Can Apply: Students with an interest in finance, business, or related subjects
• Duration: 2 days (Tuesday and Thursday)
• Location: High Cogges, Witney, Oxfordshire
• When: October half-term, Easter break and Summer-term work experience
