The Expert Wealth Client Survey: The Results Are In

Offering the best possible service is the most important consideration we have at Expert Wealth.

The only people qualified to decide if we’re succeeding are clients just like you.

At the end of 2021 we commissioned an independent and anonymous survey of our customers to find out exactly how they feel about doing business with us.

The results are in, and we’re pleased to be able to share a few highlights with you now:

  • Portfolio performance is top of the agenda
    Our proven strategy of diversifying and investing for the long term (ignoring where possible blips and surges in the markets) is something we mention often when chatting to our clients. But survey responses suggest you’d still like more regular insight into the performance of your portfolio. We’ll be looking into how best to fill this gap.
  • Communication between meetings
    This came up as an area of opportunity for improvement. We’ve been investing in our email updates, and social media presence for some time and will continue to do so to try and help keep you connected to the pulse of what we do. We’ll be exploring other options to further improve this communication and would welcome any feedback or ideas you might have. Speaking of which…
  • Everybody loves WhatsApp!
    One of those opportunities might well be to make more use of WhatsApp. It seems you cannot agree to any social event these days without being added to a WhatsApp group, and many of you would like to see Expert Wealth also adopt WhatsApp as a communicational option to complement the existing channels we offer. We’ll be looking into this in detail to ensure it offers the privacy and security required. Watch this space for updates.
  • Some glowing recommendations
    100% of survey respondents said they would recommend us and 100% of survey respondents said they have found our relationship beneficial in achieving their goals. This is such an amazing message to hear. Thank you from all of us.
  • We still have areas to work on
    Although very few in number, we did have a couple of comments from people who had found certain aspects of how we work frustrating. Arguably this is the most important feedback of all because it means we’re given the chance to make things better in future. We’d love to discuss these comments further. If you were one of the people who expressed some dissatisfaction, please do consider getting in touch so we can properly address your concerns, and put measures in place to ensure we do a better job next time.
