Kevin Anderson
Professionally
Kevin has been working in Financial Services for over 2 years. In that time, he has achieved Diploma status and is currently working on the Advanced Diploma. Prior to joining the Expert Wealth team, he worked in an IFA as an administrator and as a paraplanner in an investment services firm.
Previously, he worked as a drilling engineer in oil and gas exploration and development.
Kevin likes to apply his analytical skills to developing solutions and is constantly trying to find ways to improve service. His role within paraplanning is to provide support to the advisers and assist them in creating solutions to meet our clients’ financial goals.
Personally
Kevin is married to Lisa, and they have two children, Edie and Pia, who both still live at home along with their dachshund, Humphrey.
Kevin and Lisa often take walks through the Cotswolds exploring the villages. When he’s not spending time with his family, he’s volunteering with Oxfordshire Lowland Rescue, an organisation dedicated to finding vulnerable people who have gone missing and returning them to a place of safety.

Going for walks in the Cotswolds with my wife, two children and our dachshund, Humphrey.
My favourite holiday destination:
Southern Africa – South Africa, Botswana or Namibia. I spent many years working in Africa and developed a deep passion for African culture and wildlife.
My favourite song to play in the car:
Anything Britpop, it’s a fun genre that makes the time go faster.
When the dessert menu comes, I’m looking for:
Tough, but I’ll usually go for the cheese board unless there is sticky toffee pudding!
3 qualities that draw me to new people are:
A sense of empathy, an open mind, and a good sense of humour. Working in Africa taught me a lot about myself and other people.
If I could be any fictional character, I would be:
Indiana Jones - I love to travel and the adventures that come along with going to different places.
3 small things that make my day better:
My dog, a cup of coffee, and a smile.
