Client Relationship Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our award-winning Wealth Management team. We are a family-orientated business that prides itself on delivering exceptional levels of service to our clients, and we’re looking for a motivated and proactive individual to support our team of Financial Planners.
About the Role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative and client support throughout the financial planning process. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive a seamless, professional, and personalised experience at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of the client financial planning journey.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial planners, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
- Build and nurture client and provider relationships, acting as the first point of contact.
- Liaise with financial planners for diary management and workflow coordination.
- Coordinate with outsourced service providers to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Take ownership of non-client-facing and technical administrative work.
- Prepare client reports, correspondence, and review documentation to agreed standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and data within financial planning systems.
- Process and track applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the continuous development and implementation of business processes.
- Work collaboratively with other Client Relationship Managers to maintain service levels.
About You
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Professional, presentable, and client-focused demeanour.
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to continue developing professionally.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and financial planning software (e.g. IO).
- Excellent keyboard and data entry skills.
- Previous experience in financial services is preferred.
