It’s been a busy month for Expert Wealth.

After a challenging summer, the team made a brief – and Covid-secure – return to the office before government guidelines necessitated a return to homeworking. Be assured that it’s very much ‘business as usual’, as it was throughout lockdown.

We are also proud to announce that earlier this month we achieved Accredited status, making Expert Wealth the only financial planning firm in Oxfordshire to hold both Chartered and Accredited status.

A return to remote working

Back in March, as the extent of the coronavirus pandemic became understood, Expert Wealth sent their staff home with all the tools necessary to be efficient and effective while working from home.

Working remotely presented a unique set of challenges and we were proud, although not surprised, by the professionalism and adaptability shown by all. We were able to adhere to government guidelines, keep our staff safe, and maintain the high level of service you’ve come to expect.

As lockdown was lifted and government guidelines changed, we began making positive steps toward bringing our team back together.

Those of you that have visited our offices will know that our converted barn premises present a challenge to social distancing. But, having conducted a risk assessment, we put screens in place and adopted staggered start times for employees.

Alongside hand sanitiser and clear signage, our dedicated team managed to create a safe and comfortable working environment and we got back to full capacity for a brief time.

It was great to see everyone and wonderful to be back.

However, in line with the most recent government guidelines, we have now returned to homeworking (as of 24 September) and expect this to remain the case for some time.

As we move to remote working once more, be assured that we will continue to provide ‘business as usual’. Zoom calls remain available and we would encourage you to get in touch.
