About the Role
This role is central to ensuring our systems run smoothly and support both our clients and our internal teams. The CRM Specialist will maintain data accuracy, enhance workflows, and help us use technology in a way that deepens client relationships and improves efficiency across the business.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in financial services or banking who is looking to step into a role where their skills can make a meaningful, visible impact every day.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in financial services or banking, ideally within a regulated environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence handling sensitive client information with care and professionalism
- Ability to follow structured processes while also spotting opportunities for improvement
- A positive, proactive attitude and enjoyment of working within a collaborative team
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high performing, client focused firm
