Virtual Afternoon Tea Replay – Reflecting on 2020 & Considering the Future with Neil Bage

To round off our series of educational client events for 2020 we are delighted to welcome back Neil Bage.

Neil is a Co-Founder of Be-IQ, a behavioural insights platform that is transforming how client-focused financial services companies deliver financial wellbeing. He’s become well known for helping financial planners better understand human behaviour and how this impacts human decision-making. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. Never before have a series of life events combined to create a landscape of uncertainty and anxiety. We’ve had to take on-board a vast amount of information and at times, had to work hard to make sure our emotions don’t spill over into the decisions we needed to make. Following his talk with us in May, Neil returned to look back at the last 7 months and at how we’ve all navigated this unique landscape. Below he talks about the role our behaviours played, and provides tips for ensuring we are better prepared for whatever the next 6 months brings.
