From early July we’ll be recording all incoming calls
At Expert Wealth, we’re always looking for ways to improve the standard of service we offer.
Last June we began to record our face to face meetings in order to focus more on the conversations we have with you, and to give you the security of knowing you can refer back to any decisions we might make together.
The recordings will be stored using the highest levels of security, and will of course be kept strictly confidential
And now we would like to inform you we will begin recording all incoming calls to Expert Wealth from early July 2019. This will allow us to monitor the quality of service we’re offering on the phone, and give you all the same security you would have when you’re meeting us face to face in the office.
From early July you can expect to hear a prompt reminding you that we’ll be recording the call each time you phone us.
The recordings will be stored using the highest levels of security, and will of course be kept strictly confidential, just like all the other information you choose to share with us when we work together.
